Lake Plan
The Shadow Lake and Silver Lake Management Plan, initiated in 2014, involved preparing a set of recommendations and actions based on 3 years of science and research. The goal of the plan is to maintain and enhance the environmental health and economic sustainability of Shadow Lake and the lands that drain to it. The plan, funded by the City of Kawartha Lakes, was completed in 2019.
